2. Approve:

structure of the Center for the analysis of the world markets, investments and technologies with the extreme total number of personnel in number of 7 units according to appendix No. 1;

structure of Interdepartmental group on coordination of activities of the Center for the analysis of the world markets, investments and technologies (further - the Coordination panel) according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on the Center for the analysis of the world markets, investments and technologies according to appendix No. 3.

Grant the right to the Coordination panel to bring in need of change in structure of the Center.

3. Determine that:

The coordination panel determines the main directions and scope of analytical activities of the Center, hears its reports at the meetings;

the director of the Center is appointed and dismissed by the chairman of the board of Uznatsbank in coordination with the Coordination panel.
