1. Bring in the order of the Bank of Russia of February 14, 2008 No. OD-101 "About provision by the Bank of Russia to credit institutions of the credits provided with assets or guarantees" (with changes) the following changes.

Appoint the territorial offices of the Bank of Russia specified in appendix to this order, authorized on adoption on paper of statements on receipt of the credits of the Bank of Russia on fixed interest rate and the applications for participation in credit auction providing loan granting of the Bank of Russia on the correspondent accounts and correspondent sub-accounts of credit institutions opened in the specified territorial offices of the Bank of Russia.
