1. Approve Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of fauna and use of its data it (is applied).
2. Financing of maintaining the state inventory of fauna and scientific ensuring maintaining the state inventory of fauna is performed according to the legislation.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2004 No. 1580 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of flora and use of its data" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 196, 5/15295);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2011 No. 5 "About modification of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of flora" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 7, 5/33123);
subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011 No. 1426 "About some questions of the address with flora objects" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 123, 5/34663).
4. This resolution becomes effective since June 30, 2016.
