For the purpose of reliable providing consumers with oil products at the prices calculated taking into account reasonable and strictly necessary costs on acquisition (import) and domestic sale, creations of equal conditions for activities of all participants of the market of oil products by establishment of single calculation procedure and use of the prices according to the Art. 4, h. (3) the Law on the market of oil products No. 461-XV of 30.07.2001 (переопубликован in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, No. 76, the Art. 342), with subsequent changes, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES: 2003,
1. Approve Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 263 of October 5, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 168-170, to the Art. 628) registered by the Ministry of Justice at No. 520 of October 18, 2007.
3. To impose control over observance of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
