About entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 8, 2012 No. 500 "About approval of standard curricula of primary, main secondary, general secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 8, 2012 No. 500 "About approval of standard curricula of primary, main secondary, general secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8170, No. 69-70 (27343-27344)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of February 23, 2013 the following amendments:
add Item 1 with subitems 3-3), 3-4), 3-5), 3-6), 3-7) of the following content:
"3-3) standard curriculum of primary education for classes with training Kazakh according to appendix 3-3 to this order;
3-4) standard curriculum of primary education for classes with training Russian according to appendix 3-4 to this order;
3-5) standard curriculum of primary education for classes with Uigur/Uzbek / training Tajik according to appendix 3-5 to this order;
3-6) standard curricula of primary education for pupils with limited opportunities with training Kazakh according to appendix 3-6 to this order;
3-7) standard curricula of primary education for pupils with limited opportunities with training Russian according to appendix 3-7 to this order;";
add with appendices 3-3, 3-4, 3-5, 3-6, 3-7 according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, 5 to this order.
2. To department of preschool and secondary education, information technologies (Zhontayeva Zh. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction of copies of this order for official publication in information system of law of Ad_let and periodic printing editions on the electronic medium with appendix of the paper copy certified by official stamp;
3) within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered this order the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type, the confirmed seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the witnessed digital signature of person, representative to sign this order, for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since September 1, 2016 for 1 classes, since September 1, 2017 for 2 classes, since September 1, 2018 for 3 classes, since September 1, 2019 for 4 classes and is subject to official publication.
