These rules of conducting examination of nuclear safety and (or) radiation safety, and (or) nuclear physical safety (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2016 "About use of atomic energy" (further - the Law) and establish procedure for conducting examination of nuclear safety and (or) radiation safety, and (or) nuclear physical safety (further - examination).
2. Financing of examination is performed at the expense of means of the operating organization or other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
