Appendix No. 1 to add 2) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8. Not excisable alcohol-containing food and non-food products which turnover is subject to licensing.";

The Section "Volga Federal District" of appendix No. 2 to state 3) according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

4) to make changes according to appendix No. 2 to this order to appendix No. 4.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
