About approval of the Procedure for the state control (supervision) of the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiologic and veterinary control (supervision) to which the Republic of Kazakhstan applies the requirements different from requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union, and products made from them

For the purpose of non-admission on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of goods to which the Republic of Kazakhstan applies the requirements different from requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the Protocol on some questions of import and the goods circulation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union signed on October 16, 2015 articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the state control (supervision) of the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiologic and veterinary control (supervision) to which the Republic of Kazakhstan applies the requirements different from requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union, and products made from them (further - controlled goods), according to appendix.

2. The state inspectorate for veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- after approval with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of system of ensuring the traceability of controlled goods provided by the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - system of traceability) to provide functioning of national system of traceability of the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision), the traceability of controlled goods integrated with the Kazakhstan system;

- together with Department of prevention of diseases and state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic before introduction of system of traceability to exercise control (supervision) of the imported controlled goods from the Republic of Kazakhstan;
