1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 21, 2011 No. 459 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and form of giving of requests for public information which manager is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2011 on No. 1109/19847, the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the word "To the deputy minister to the militia lieutenant general of Black S. P., the deputy minister - the chief of staff Vorona of D.M. shall be replaced with words "To the deputy minister - the chief of staff Takhtay of O.V.";
