1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2013 No. 156 "About approval of Rules of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate and Rules of assignment of cadastral number to primary and secondary real estate objects" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 8469, No. published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on October 2, 2013 286) the following changes:
to state the name of the order in the following edition:
"About approval of Rules and terms of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate and Rules of assignment of cadastral number to primary and secondary real estate objects";
to state the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the order in the following edition:
"1) Rules and terms of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate according to appendix 1 to this order.";
to state Item 2 and 3 of the order in the following edition:
"2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order and its official publication according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
To be reworded as follows rules and terms of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate according to appendix to this order;
To primary and secondary real estate objects to make the following change to Rules of assignment of cadastral number:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Assignment of cadastral number to primary and secondary real estate objects is performed by the State corporation in the place of its stay.";
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abd_rayy B. Zh. and the director of the department of registration service and the organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kalimova V. K.
4. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2016.

1. These rules and terms of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2007 No. 310 "About state registration of the rights to real estate" (further - the Law) and determine procedure and terms of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
1) outline - the schematic plan of the parcel of land, capital structure (the building, construction), the isolated room, the incomplete preserved capital structure (the building, construction), the parking place on which contours of the real estate unit and its structural elements, results of measurements, the names and other data necessary for creation of the exact plan of the real estate unit are shown;
