1. Approve the enclosed Provisions: "About the State fire supervision of the Republic of Tajikistan" (appendix No. 1), "About voluntary fire teams on industrial facilities and other objects of the ministries and departments" (appendix No. 2), "About non-staff fire inspectors under executive bodies on places, Dzhamoatakh of settlements and villages" (appendix No. 3), "About the fire and technical commissions" (appendix No. 4).

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop single state system of the statistical recording of the fires.

3. Assign to the State fire supervision of the Republic of Tajikistan licensing of types of activity (works, services) in the field of fire safety according to appendix No. 5.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan within the 4th quarter to determine procedure for licensing of these types of activity (works, services), and also the amount of payments approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of issue of licenses.
