1.1. the documents testimonial of the fact of production or purchase of goods in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except the documents specified in paragraph three of subitem 4.8 of item 4 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 to No. 360, are the purchase and sale agreement, the specification, the invoice (invoice) to the agreement, the pro forma bill to the agreement, the consignment note, the veterinary passport of animal, the veterinary certificate (certificate) issued according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2017 to No. 319 "About questions of veterinary activities";

1.2. the data testimonial of the fact of production or purchase of goods in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, are the data containing in information systems of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus on release of goods for private use for the purpose of the address on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union without restrictions on use and the order or goods placement under customs procedure of release for internal consumption.
