Based on paragraphs of the eleventh and fifteenth 8, parts four of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 No. 161-Z "About veterinary activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and veterinary and sanitary survey of animal products, and also products of plant origin in case of their realization by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets (are applied);

The regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of veterinary documents (are applied).

2. To consider the veterinary documents issued before entry into force of this resolution valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This resolution becomes effective since May 2, 2017.
