About the admission of goods of foreign origin and the suppliers offering such goods to participation in procedures of public procurements
Based on the paragraph of the tenth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 419-Z
1. Establish the following condition of the admission of goods of foreign origin according to appendix 1 and the suppliers offering such goods to participation in procedures of public procurements if the foreign state or group of foreign states concerning goods of domestic origin and the suppliers offering such goods does not set national treatment:
the member whose proposal contains information on delivery of the goods specified in appendix 1, coming from foreign state or group of foreign states, except for of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation is allowed to participation in open tender, electronic auction, procedure of request of price offers if for participation in these procedures of public procurements less than two proposals containing information on delivery of such goods coming from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and (or) the Russian Federation and to conforming requirements of competitive documents, auction documents, the documents provided to legal entity or physical person including the individual entrepreneur for preparation of the offer for the purpose of participation in the procedure of request of price offers are submitted, including the invitation to participation in the procedure of public procurement.
