About additional measures for safety of vacationers on beach areas of water areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of ensuring safe rest of citizens on beach areas of water areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for the equipment and operation of beaches, and also protection of public health on water areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

The program of annual actions for safety of citizens on water areas of the republic for swimming season according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to develop and approve:

requirements to rescue posts; together with the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Industrial safety rules when carrying out diving works.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve requirements to posts of medical care in a month.

4. Determine that responsibility for non-compliance with requirements to the organization of beaches and incident in their water areas is born by heads of boarding houses, sanatoria, zones and rest houses, tourist bases, recreation parks, and also other places of mass rest of the population on water.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zakirov B. I.
