About approval of the Temporary procedure for determination and collection of payment for use of surface water in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the Temporary procedure for determination and collection of payment for use of surface water in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Temporary procedure) according to appendix.
2. Determine that the Temporary procedure is effective before legislative settlement of determination and collection of payment for use of surface water as natural resources, but no later than October 1, 2016.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic projects of the regulatory legal acts directed to elimination of collisions and gaps in the regulatory legal acts regulating questions of payment for water use.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
