1. Procedure for customs control and customs clearance of electrical energy in case of its movement through customs border of the Republic of Moldova No. 7923 of 28.10.2002 to change and state in the following edition:

a) Item 1.1 is supplemented in the final with new determination of the following content:

"-technological movement of the electric power - movement of the electric power through customs border of the Republic of Moldova between power supply systems of the countries (or their parts) during their parallel work with the purpose of support of parameters of work of these power supply systems (or their parts) which is subject to compensation (return) further with certain frequency";

b) Item 3 is supplemented with the following subitem 3.9 of the following content:

"3.9. Technological movement of the electric power through customs border of Moldova between power supply systems of the countries (or their parts) are not subject to declaring by submission of the customs declaration and release in customs regime.
