About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensation in cases of death (death) of person from among civil personnel during peacekeeping transaction, and also as a result of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion), the diseases got as a result of participation in peacekeeping transaction, establishment of disability or receipt of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) during peacekeeping transaction

According to Item 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2015 "About peacekeeping activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of immediate compensation in cases of death (death) of person from among civil personnel during peacekeeping transaction, and also as a result of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion), the diseases got as a result of participation in peacekeeping transaction, establishment of disability or receipt of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) during peacekeeping transaction.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
