According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2016 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" I order to No. 48:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction for consideration of offers (notes), statements (petitions) and claims of citizens in Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 19, 2012 No. 370, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 5, 2012 on No. 502/20815, which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) provide in accordance with the established procedure: provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva A. L.
