agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of scientific research according to seismic danger and ensuring reliability of the forecast of earthquakes, works in these directions in the territories of the Parties are carried out on the basis of the mutually agreed comprehensive program, with the subsequent adjustment of national programs for the purpose of their unification.

Article 2

The interested organizations of the Parties perform regular exchange of the relevant seismic information in the operational and current modes on a grant basis, and also specialists for conducting joint theoretical and pilot studies, practice carrying out working meetings, scientific seminars, symposiums and conferences on the developed problem.
