About some questions of the ministries of national economy and agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to article 24 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 1995 "About the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize Committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by allocation of the Management committee from it land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename:

1) Committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the jurisdictional republican state enterprises of Committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution.

3. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state companies specified in appendix 1 to this resolution, the Management committee by land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - changes and amendments).

5. To the central executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

411-24) creates and keeps the register of persons from whom the parcels of land are compulsorily withdrawn;

411-25) registers, records and issues permissions to carrying out aero film-making works;

411-26) carries out metrological control and control of the geodetic and cartographic equipment, devices and tools;

411-27) approves materials on transfer of the irrigated ploughland in not irrigated types of grounds;

411-28) establishes terms of return of materials and data of National kartografo-geodetic fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

411-29) performs geodetic and cartographic activities for the benefit of ensuring defense and homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to mutually approved work plans with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
