About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The National Bank has the right to demand from bank of provision of information and copies of the documents necessary for National Bank for decision making about determination of physical persons and legal entities by persons connected with bank. The bank shall provide according to the written requirement the relevant information and copies of documents in the terms determined in request of National Bank";

to add Item 3 after the word "State" with the word "Ukraine";

2) in the Section II:

in Chapter 1:

add Item 1 with the new offer of the following content: "Person is connected with bank from the moment of emergence of the bases for determination of such person connected with bank according to requirements of the specified article of the law";
