1. Approve the Instruction "About cash servicing in National Bank of commercial banks and financial credit institutions" it (is applied) and to enact since January 1, 2008.

2. Recognize invalid the instruction "About cash servicing in National Bank of commercial banks and financial credit institutes", approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank No. 20/3 of 27.08.1998.

3. To management of cash liquidity to bring this resolution of Board and the instruction "About cash servicing in National Bank of commercial banks and financial credit institutes" to data of commercial banks and financial credit institutes.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank Chokoyev Z. L.

The instruction about cash servicing in National Bank of commercial banks and financial credit institutions

General provisions

This Instruction establishes rules of issue, acceptance of national currency from commercial banks and financial credit institutions, and also the international financial institutions (which are hereinafter referred to as "banks") and determines procedure for packaging and examination of banknotes and coins.

Servicing of banks is performed by turnover cash desks of National Bank based on the agreement on correspondence relations. Issue and acceptance of cash liquidity are made till 12:00 o'clock. Section 1. Processing and packaging of national currency

1.1. In all banks the procedure for packaging of banknotes and coins of national currency is accepted single, established by this provision.

In case of vacuum package of banknotes the one-color ring parcel post on which the bank name and personalized stamp (code) of the cashier is put down can be applied.

In case of release into the stream of commerce of banknotes of other advantages of national currency the National Bank reports in addition about rules of their packaging.

1.4. Each 10 roots (1 root - 100 sheets) cash liquidity are created in pack (1000 sheets in one pack of the same advantage) which is supplied with the upper and lower slips from cardboard and ties round twine without nodes and anguishes crosswisely, or is packed by double knitting on four deaf nodes into plastic bag - vacuum package.

1.5. On banknote to the upper or lower slip on both ends of twine about node the cashier imposes seal with print of code of organization of bank.
