The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2001 No. 545 "About measures for realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents (The Hague, on October 5, 1961)" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 15, the Art. 191) the following change:

to state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2 in the following edition:

"Department on ensuring activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) (under approval) - on the official documents coming from judicial authorities;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
