About features of implementation of purchases of goods, works and services for secured provision of requirements of defense

This Law determines features of implementation of procedures for procurement of goods, works and services for secured provision of requirements of defense during the special period, during transaction of the integrated forces of anti-terrorist operation, during introduction of warlike or emergency state.

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. For the purposes of this Law the stated below terms are used in such value:

1) selection of participants for holding negotiation procurement procedure (further - selection) - process of determination of the negotiator by running an electronic auction;

2) secured provision of requirements of defense - ensuring the subjects determined in part one of article 2 of this Law, the goods, works and services necessary for accomplishment of tasks by repulse of the armed aggression and prevention of threats of state security, independence of Ukraine, its territorial integrity and immunity, by fight against terrorism, elimination of the circumstances which caused need of introduction of emergency state. Procurement planning of the goods, works and services necessary for secured provision of requirements of defense during the special period, during transaction of the integrated forces of anti-terrorist operation, during introduction of warlike or emergency state, is performed by the customer who applies this law that is reflected separate line items in the annual plan;

3) approved sample - the goods sample approved by the customer and intended for comparison of commodity units of the participant of selection with it;
