Article 13.6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 13.6. Use of the means of communication which did not undergo the procedure of confirmation of their compliance to the established requirements

1. Use in communication networks of not certified means of communication if the legislation provides their obligatory certification, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three thousand to five thousand rubles with confiscation of not certified means of communication or without that; on officials - from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles with confiscation of not certified means of communication or without that; on legal entities - from sixty thousand to three hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of not certified means of communication or without that.

2. Use in communication networks of means of communication without declaration of conformity if the legislation does not provide their obligatory certification, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles with confiscation of not declared means of communication or without that; on legal entities - from sixty thousand to hundred fifty thousand rubles with confiscation of not declared means of communication or without that.";

2) in Article 23.1:

a) regarding 1 figure "5.56 - 5.68," to replace with figures "5.56 - 5.69,";

b) in part 3:

in paragraph one of the word "specified in parts 1 and 2" shall be replaced with words "specified in parts 1 - 2";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "are specified in parts 1 and 2" "are specified in parts 1 - 2";

in paragraph six of the word "specified in parts 1 and 2" shall be replaced with words "specified in parts 1 - 2";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of official publication of this Federal Law.
