About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2007 No. 543

For the purpose of enhancement of system of the state control in the field of legal drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, and also died counteractions to their illicit trafficking, execution of the corresponding international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 1, "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 2 and 5 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2007 No. 543 of change and amendment according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
