In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 12, 2015 No. UP-4732 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Retraining and Advanced Training of the Leading and Pedagogical Personnel of the Highest Educational Institutions" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of training of highly qualified personnel in the highest Cabinet of Ministers educational institutions decides:
1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on purchase on import, according to the procedure of exception, without holding tenders of foreign educational and scientific literature of 5864 names for the highest educational institutions of the republic according to the lists approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Determine that acceptance, storage and distribution among the highest educational institutions of foreign educational and scientific literature, including electronically, is on a grant basis performed by National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center.
2. To JSC Uzsanoateksport and National library of Uzbekistan of Alisher Navoiy - the information resource center:
together with the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to hold direct negotiations on purchase of foreign educational and scientific literature with distribution companies and foreign publishing houses (authors) of foreign literature having the rights to its realization with accurate determination of conditions and delivery dates;
