"19. Execution of price labels on paper or other data carrier, visually available to buyers, including with electronic display of information, with use of slate boards, stands, indicating panels is allowed.

In case of the sales of goods performed by means of peddling trade, the representative of the seller shall have the price list certified by the signature of person responsible for its registration with indication of the name and the price of goods, and also the services provided with the consent of the buyer.".
