About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning provision to parents tutors of additional social guarantees
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1) in the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):
the fifth Article 179 to add part with the words "except adopted children in foster homes and children pupils in orphanages of family type";
in Article 186-1 of the word of "adoptive parents" shall be replaced with words "one of adoptive parents, one of parents tutors";
2) in the Law of Ukraine "About leaves" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 2, Art. 4; 2010, No. 20, Art. 204):
in part three of Article 18 of the word "and one of adoptive parents" shall be replaced with words "one of adoptive parents and parents tutors";
in Article 20:
in part four of the word of "adoptive parents" shall be replaced with words "adoptive parents and parents tutors";
in word part five" (except adopted children in foster homes)" shall be replaced with words "(except adopted children in foster homes and pupils in orphanages of family type)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
