About modification of the Procedure of control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards

According to part three of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" and to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure of control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 698, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2014 on No. 1356/26133, such change:

 "tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine" to add Item 5 of the Section I after words with words ", and on MIBP which underwent the procedure of retraining of the World Health Organization and purchased by results of the procurement procedure which is carried out by the specialized organization conducting procurement on agreement performance on purchase between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the relevant specialized organization conducting procurement.".

2. To management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products (Lyaskovsky T. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication
