About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for forming of the constant contract (contractual) price of the construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 361" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 131, 5/34789; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.02. 2014, 5/38387; 15:04. 2014, 5/38697; 14:11. 2014, 5/39688), following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Item 2 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"actual cost of contract works - actual costs on performance of works according to accounting data of the contractor with addition of profit proceeding from profitability level in the amount of, provided by the contractor in bid price based on which by results of the choice by the customer of the contractor constant price is created.";

1.2. in Item 3:

in part two:

the word of "twelve" shall be replaced with words "twenty four";

words of "application of price indexes in construction" shall be replaced with words "applications of the forecast price indexes in construction approved by the Ministry of Economics";

in part three the word of "twelve" shall be replaced with words "twenty four";
