2. This resolution is applied to the relations on creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources since January 1, 2019, except for the provisions specified in Items 3 - 5, 7 and 8 these resolutions concerning which other terms of application are established.

3. To federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds till January 1, 2019:

bring the acts and other documents regulating creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources into compliance with Rules;

provide creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources, and also information systems with which use the specified information resources, in compliance with Rules are created or conducted.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

creation, development and functioning of the state information system "The Single Information Circle in the field of Systematization and Coding of Information" (further - information system) till January 1, 2019;
