About approval of the Regulations on forming and functioning of the Eurasian technological frameworks
For the purpose of realization of Item 9 of article 92of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 2 of the Protocol on industrial cooperation (appendix № 27 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Euroasian intergovernmental council decided:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on forming and functioning of the Eurasian technological frameworks.
2. Determine that when forming the Eurasian technological frameworks Council of the Eurasian economic commission is guided by the directions according to the list according to appendix.
3. To council of the Eurasian economic commission till July 1, 2016 to make the decision on forming of priority Eurasian technological frameworks within the list provided by this Decision.
4. To state members of the Eurasian Economic Union till July 1, 2016 to consider the possibility of inclusion of the Eurasian technological frameworks in state programs of scientific and technical development.
