1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for the organization and implementation of currency exchange transactions in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 12, 2002 No. 502, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2003 for No. 21/7342 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. Permit authorized banks, and also authorized financial institutions and the national operator of mail service to use when implementing valyutnoobmenny transactions till November 1, 2014 references-certificate in form No. 377 of old sample.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 25.09.2018 No. 103.
4. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova A. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
