According to the Air code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and for the purpose of further enhancement of system of ensuring aviation safety in civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for production of examination on aviation safety in civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights, NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari in three-months time to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 29, 1997 No. 219 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for production of examination of hand luggage, baggage and personal inspection of passengers, members of crews of civil aircrafts, the staff of the airports and other officials by divisions of aviation safety of SNB-USNB of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
