According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of November 26, 2015 No. 835-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" and to other legal acts of Ukraine concerning decentralization of powers on state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming", and also for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for opening and maintaining customer accounts by banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 at No. 1172/8493 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Shatsky S. S.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
