About entering of amendments into the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2008 No. 116 "About approval of Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants by the student in the organizations of education" and of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2008 No. 116 "About approval of Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants by the student in the organizations of education" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 7, the Art. 67):

in Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants to students in the organizations of education approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 17 with the subitem 7) of the following content:

"7) to the undergraduates of Academy of justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan directed to training from state bodies - at the level of official pay rate on the last place of employment, but is not lower than the size of grant, established for the undergraduates studying according to the state educational order.";

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 87-88, 631):

add Item 3 with subitem 2-2) of the following content:

"2-2) (for office use);".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
