2. This resolution is applied to activities of operators for the address with solid utility waste from the date of the beginning of implementation by the regional operator of activities for the address with solid utility waste according to the agreement on the organization of activities for the address with solid utility waste signed by public authority of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation and the regional operator according to the address with solid utility waste.

Rules of commercial accounting of amount and (or) lot of solid utility waste

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for commercial accounting of amount and (or) lot of solid utility waste with use of the gages conforming to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about ensuring unity of measurements (further - gages), or settlement method for the purpose of implementation of agreement settlements in the field of the address with solid utility waste.

2. The amount and (or) weight are subject to commercial accounting:

a) solid utility waste in places of their accumulating:

the sorted solid utility waste;

unassorted solid utility waste;

large-size waste;
