The list of the competent authorities authorized on putting down of apostille in the Russian Federation on official documents according to the established field of activity

1. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - on the certificates of availability (absence) of criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or of the termination of criminal prosecution, archive documents (the archive references, statements or copies of documents) issued by law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and certificates of rehabilitation.

2. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation - on official archive documents about military service (work) in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Armed Forces of USSR and the Joint Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Independent States issued in the Russian Federation.
