About approval of Changes in Regulations on activities of depository institutions for storage of assets of institutional investors
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements for providing procedure with depository institutions of activities for storage of assets of institutional investors the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on activities of depository institutions for storage of assets of institutional investors approved by the solution of NKTsBFR of June 20, 2013 No. 1106, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2013 for No. 1199/23731 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.
2. To depository institutions which have the license for implementation of depository activity on storage of assets of institutes of joint investment and/or the license for implementation of depository activity on storage of assets of the pension funds to bring the internal documents into accord with the Changes approved by this decision no later than six months from day of entry into force.
3. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. And clerical works to provide to department of information technologies promulgation of the draft of the regulatory act on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
