About modification of the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils on price regulation (rates)" I order to No. 1548:

1. Make changes to the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 at No. 341/16357 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of July 11, 2014 No. 306), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
