About formation of territorial authorities of Public service of medicines and control of drugs

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of Public service of medicines and control of drugs according to the list according to appendix 1, having reorganized territorial authorities of Public service of medicines by transformation.

2. Agree with the offer of Public service of medicines and control of drugs on liquidation of interregional territorial authorities of Public service on control of drugs as structural divisions of its device according to the list according to appendix 2.

3. Determine that:

territorial authorities which are formed according to Item 1 of this resolution are legal successors of territorial authorities of Public service on medicines which stop;

territorial authorities of Public service of medicines and Public service on control of drugs continue to carry out the powers before transfer in accordance with the established procedure of such powers to territorial authorities of Public service of medicines and control of drugs.

4. To the commission chairman on reorganization of Public service of medicines in ten-day time:

create the relevant commissions on reorganization of territorial authorities and approve their chairmen;

provide implementation of the actions connected with reorganization of territorial authorities;

inform monthly Public service on medicines and control of drugs on results of the carried-out work.
