3) Changes in the Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2014 for No. 1456/26233 (with changes).

In paragraph six of the subitem 4 of Item 5 of the Section V of the Procedure for the filling and submission of tax statements on the value added tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 28, 2016 No. 21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2016 for No. 159/28289 after the word and figure of "line 3" to add with the word and figure of "table 1".
