1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 10, 2015 No. 332 "About approval of standards of the state services in questions of documentation and registration of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 11174, published in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let on June 11, 2015) the following changes:

The standard of the state service "Issue of Passports, Identity Certificates to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this order;

The standard of the state service "Issue of the Temporary Identity Certificate to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 2 to this order;

The standard of the state service "Registration at the Place of Residence of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 3) according to appendix 3 to this order;

The standard of the state service "Removal from Registration at the Place of Residence of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 4) according to appendix 4 to this order;

The standard of the state service "Issue of Address References from the Residence" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 5) according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. To provide to department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev E. Z. and Department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sainov S. S.).

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Passports, Identity Certificates to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears territorial subdivisions of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Documents acceptance for rendering the state service is performed through:

1) the service provider in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation);

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" (further - the portal): www.egov.kz - in case of exchange of the identity document, in connection with modification of documents, according to new technology of their production.

Issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through:

1) State corporation;

2) the service provider - in case of documents acceptance by means of the portal.

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the date of delivery by uslugopoluchatel of packet of necessary documents to the service provider in the State corporation, and also in case of the address on the portal - no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days.

In case of the address to the service provider in the State corporation for receipt of documents in the accelerated procedure - within 7 (seven), 10 (ten) and 15 (fifteen) working days (day of acceptance does not enter rendering the state service in time);

2) the maximum allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the maximum allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 30 (thirty) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated) or paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - issue of the passport and (or) identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
