1. Agree with the offer of Service of homeland security, the State Customs Committee and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation in the adjacent territory of the operating post of traffic police Darband of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Surkhandarya region (further - PDPS) Darband customs clearance station of border railway customs post of Galab of management of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Surkhandarya region (further - Darband customs clearance station).

permit, according to the procedure of exception, without carrying out the tender (competitive) biddings to sign the contract with the Rapiscan Systems Ltd company (Great Britain) for delivery, installation and commissioning of IDK;
