Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of December 31, 2014 No. 89 "About approval of the Regulations on the Disciplinary commission of authorized body for public service and to anti-corruption" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10180, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let of March 5, 2015).

3. To provide to management of control in the field of public service of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
