About formation of Council for public-private partnership in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring coordination of activities for development of public-private partnership, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public-private partnership" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form Council for public-private partnership in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve Regulations on Council for public-private partnership in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About financing of preparation of projects of public-private partnership" of March 17, 2014 No. 147 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Fund of financing of preparation of projects of public-private partnership approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 11:

- third - the sixth Item 11 to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"-deputy minister of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Deputy Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- deputy minister of justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the vice-chairman of Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the director of the Agency on promotion of investments under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
