1. In the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257:

a) to add the subitem 42 of Item 15 after the paragraph of the nineteenth (after the table) with the paragraph of the following content:

"registration number of the declaration on goods concerning goods which are identical to the declared goods and which customs value is accepted by customs authority by results of additional check according to article 69 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union, - in case, stipulated in Item 111 Procedures for the control of customs value of goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 376;";
