1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine of September 29, 2011 No. 1038 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2011 for No. 1228/19966.

2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
